Adagio- Unit Owners

Just moved in and must say that the building is excellent! The 11 and a half foot ceiling heights and the $2 million plus lobby truly make it feel like a quant, spacious high-end boutique home. You certainly do not feel like just a number in the sky like those luxury condo towers that have saturated the city. Seems like the building and my unit will be an appreciating asset despite these dark times that we are all in. Construction should be fully completed in a couple of months and all the adjacent amenities should be delivered by Spring. Any other unit owners feel this way?
