What Do You Think About The Price Of This Condo

Hi, I'd like some real feedback, about the price for this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo. Everybody that's seen it so far loves it, they love the layout, decor, building etc. Only reason I can come up for it still being on the market is the price. Current asking price is $580,000. A gym is being added to the building in January, it's been approved, space allocated etc, just can't add it to the listing details till it exists. Anyway...
