Do not rent at this building, 1392 3rd Ave in Manhattan!!! The landlord, Alan Jamnik, has not paid us back our security deposit despite admitting we left the full deposit would be returned to us. We are in the middle of a civil procedure to get the money back, but it wasn't worth it - save your money and rent elsewhere!!!
