This building and it's management are simply awful - don't get fooled by "luxury rental" status - ever since Livingston management took over it has been a simple disaster. They hike rents by 15 - 30% each lease, leading to huge turnover. They leave washers and common spaces broken and filthy without any care. They do not respond to simple service requests. They do not care about the security of the building - packages get stolen daily from the lobby and they refuse to do any mitigation measures such as privacy screening or builidng a package room or cage. The ground floors flood yearly, and they rent them out to new tenants without disclosing. Endless. Stay away! Streeteasy used to let you discuss buildings individually, not sure where that option went.
