Just a random question: why hasn't 2222 Broadway at 79th been sold and developed given its location and that it's not landmarked and lies just outside the UWS historic district? It's an elegant old two floor office space and it would be sad to see it torn down. It just seems strange it has survived as long as it has when people build luxury high rises in (seemingly) less promising areas.
