stay away

There is a tenant in our building that for months if not years has been causing issues and management has not done nearly enough to have them removed. This person has been forcibly removed by police multiple times, walked the hallways naked with a knife, stalked other residents, banged on the walls and doors with a hammer at all hours of the day and night, and more. The police were literally called on this person 6 times in a single day. Management has done everything they can to avoid the numerous calls from other residents -- simply not answering their phones, not putting residents through to the manager of the building, Zeny Silva, moving in residents directly below and next to this resident. Stay away from any building that is managed by these people.
