"Data Integrity" on StreetEasy

Apparently, if an agent posts something on a listing which is fairly obviously untrue and there is a user complaint, all the agent has to do is refuse to respond to emails from StreetEasy regarding the issue and the data stands. One would think silence would indicate that there was no justification for the false information and the default setting would be that the information would be removed until the agent justified it being there. If I can post anything I want on a listing, and if someone challenged it all I need to do is not respond to the challenge, then there is no data integrity on StreetEasy.
