Centennial Properties is the worst building management I have encountered in my ~10 years of living in new york. Apartment issues that existed at the onset of my lease have still not been fixed. They are unresponsive and woefully incompetent. Unsure if it is a staffing issue, quality issue, or just a blatant scam, but avoid at all costs.
