Beware

The sales would tell you that the unit listed is no longer available but there is another one that just comes to market. Of course, this would leave you with the impression that it's well sought after. The truth is that the building has a very high turnover because the landlord takes the practice of increasing the rent significantly after the first year. We knew something isn't right when we saw moving trucks regularly in front of the building (even though it only has 47 units). We finally "got it" when we were offered a lease renewal with a 31% rent increase. Other than that the building is okay.
