High priced?

Location, location, location. The Morad is in such a great spot. Close to the Q train and the 72nd St buses, 1st & 2nd St buses, and the 6 train (ok, a bit of a walk). Supermarket, health food store, drug store, delis, restaurants, are all within 1 block. Maintenance seems average, expected in a building with a large staff (24-hr doormen, porter, handyman, live-in super/bldg manager). The super/manager is a young man who cannot be nicer or more accommodating. Building attracts young people and is very family friendly. Looking at the overall market, prices are average (& everything is negotiable).
