Discrimination against people with voucher

I have been looking for an apartment since June has seen more than my share of apartments but it fine until i tell them I have a voucher, then they go silent and not respond, I have had section 8 for 27years moved only twice and never late with my share of the rent regardless of how much I have to pay, all members of my household works with good credit scores and income but to no avail. What should I DO?
