Ductless mini split in apartment building

We're in a 6-story building with 80+ units. I've been told that this might be possible, but looking for others that might have seen or done this. Dedicating one of our rear-facing windows to have the compressor outside and then a ductless mini-split to the rest of our apartment, which is a very odd shape (it's pre-war), so we'd end up with 3 zones.
