disaster of management - avoid

Lovely views and layouts will lure you in... AVOID. Management is incompetent. Repair people can't fix anything permanently. your A/c bills will be sky high. Despite being a modern building it's not sound dampened.. you will wake up nightly from sirens, even more than old buildings. Gym is OK. Pool is nice. Roof is tiny, grills suck, door staff don't do anything. package room is nice but if you don't work from home, good luck getting packages with their limited hours. Manhattan and Brooklyn now have dozens of luxury sky rise rentals.. go pick them, don't make the same mistake I did!!
