Discussion about The Dakota at 1 West 72nd Street in Upper West Side

I would like to start a discussion regarding the layouts. When looking at record sales it seems to be that some are sold really low : $300,000 - $700,000. Are these real apartments? Or all they all maid/guest studios for sale for the current residents? How do you think COVID has affected the Upper West Side and sales in this building?
