Avoid the building at all costs. In between the host of issues present over this past year the cherry on top has been my neighbor who both physically and verbally threatened me. No action was taken by the management company to resolve this situation leaving me feeling unsafe every time I came home. Other issues of note: leaking bathrooms spilling over to common area hallways, careless management company, gas being out for nine months during prime COVID, elevator breaking from wires and slamming into ceiling of elevator shaft, and just a generally smelly place.
