Exasperated

This building is touted as one of the groundbreaking (architecturally) and historically with excellent amenities including a well outfitted gym and exhale (top of the line fitness classes). Accordingly residents pay a premium to live in MH. Due to COVID they have decided to close all of the amenities with no plans to re-open them. Their refusal to reopen the amenities and nonsensical rationale for this decision are essentially a fear of being sued. They've made no effort to have any medical, infectious disease or public health personnel inform any of their decisions. It's ridiculous to be paying for top of the line amenities and have no access to them. The actions of the board and building management regarding the amenities demonstrates exceptional ignorance.
