I lived in the city for 30+ years and this is by far the worst rental. The owner is also the owner of the store downstairs. He was arrested for paying his workers below minimum wage. When we were moving out we were charged for silly things. Also his broker came to show our building unannounced... who knows how many times he came in without permission. The place is super cold, our electric bill is at least $1000 a month in the winter time, and we had to use space heaters.
