The landlord's daughter is beyond abusive. Constantly threatening and harassing tenants and driving them away. She posts constantly on social media calling all renters "parasites' and 'scum'. She seems unstable and should not be in charge of handling landlord duties but her mother is very old and out of it. It is an extremely sad situation for the mother. The daughter's husband was caught several times spying on and taking pictures of younger female residents. Incredibly shady. They have driven at least 3 residents out in as many years. Is that the kind of situation you want to get yourself into? At best you will feel constantly watched and uneasy in what is supposed to be your private home. At worse you will be screamed at and possibly dragged into a lawsuit. All renters (and the revolving series of brokers that have tried to rent this home--just look at how often it has been listed and unlisted) know how abusive and deranged these people are. [less]
