Cost of Apthorp Renovation/Windows

Discussion about The Apthorp at 390 West End Avenue in Upper West Side

I love this building. An UWS masterpiece. But my broker tells me reno is pricey as replacing windows alone is $15-20k per window due to landmark status. Any thoughts?
