1. Bathrooms in some apartments have water leaks (which the management can't find a way to fix), leading to unbearably foul smell. 2. This building only has 2 elevators for ~ 40 floors and tenants need to wait 10+ minutes to get on the elevator during morning and evening peak hours. Overall, DON'T MOVE HERE. There are other reasonably priced buildings in the same area.
