The old super was incredible. The building was cleaned 2 times a day and always felt welcoming. About a year ago a new super was hired and the building has gone down since; a huge roach infestation, hallways are cleaned maybe once a week. Sad, because the building was great, especially it's location. and access to in building laundry room. Also The owner of the management company is the most awful real estate manger I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of living in NYC.
