Don't Move Here

Unless you're fresh out of college, and want to split a studio between 3 people, you don't want to live here. The management is inattentive and cheap. Things don't get replaced, they get "fixed" with pieces from a scrap heap. In a hurry? Hope not, because the elevators are always out of service. Like mold? Hope so, because there were multiple leaks inside of walls that were never correctly repaired. There were leaks that "couldn't be found" that were left to drip inside of walls. Do you expect the sidewalk in front of your building to be cleaned? Well this one doesn't. Building management has repeatedly communicated that fixes and upgrades are coming. It was the same tune whenever a lease renewal came up. Promises that were never kept.
