Management

I have never worked with such horrible management in any building. We were assessed a $200 fee and never provided evidence explaining this fee. We were told multiple times in person and over email that the fee would be removed, but it never was. We were also billed an excessive amount in electric one month, and when we inquired about why it was over $150 more than our highest payment, they could not explain it to us. Every month for the past 6 months that we have lived here, we have to fight about these fees and we are never assisted. They constantly make promises to remedy the situation, but have not followed through. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
