High Common Charges at Olive Park

Discussion about Olive Park at 100 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg

Does anyone know why the CC's are so high in this building? I know there's a lot of amenities but still doesn't justify the cary costs. I know they have a life guard on duty in their pool at all times. I was told by the listing broker that is due to insurance stuff. It's a great building but perhaps needs to be run more efficiently for the CC's to be lower.
