Bad Service at 167 Graham Avenue

This building looks nice from the outside, but the management co. who runs this building "Full Time Mgmt" is very poor. The super routinely dodges calls, forcing you to call the office numerous times until you get a response. Last year the building was infested with fleas- it was months before they treated it. The laundry room is also very dirty and has broken W/Ds. Packages are ALWAYS stolen from this building as magnetic lock on the front door breaks every month. To make matters worse there is no desk attendant and this is primarily a Pratt college PARTY BUILDING so you are likely to deal with a lot of noise and disruption esp. in the summer. Would recommend renting elsewhere unless you are a high schooler moving to NY for freshman yr- in that case it may work for you.
