it is impossible to get a viewing of any apartments in this building due to the broker who will only show you at HIS convenience, changes appointments at the last minute and won't work with other brokers who has interested tenants. Aside from his terrible attitude, less than professional telephone manners, he is costing his client $$$ by not filling these apartments faster. The owners need to get another broker asap.
