It is not overpriced? I have been living this building over years and every year the owner tried to increase the rent significantly but not lower the rent even market is bottom low. Many tenants are paying subsidized low rents thus new comers are naturally charged high. While each unit is specious and people working there are generally nice, the quality and the price they charge do not co-relate. It is rental building, thus the quality of the unit is not comparable to sales building. At least they should not charge that much and now losing all good tenants.
