This building is in a good location, but possible renters beware. Packages are stolen on a regular basis. Packages are sometimes left at the security house, but that's basically up to the whim of the security guards and delivery people. Some security guards are great, but according to the manager at the local USPS, others harass the delivery people, so they leave your packages at your front door to get stolen rather than at the security house. I've lost irreplaceable family items.
