Chemical Fumes at Building at 14-22 31st Avenue

The building at 14-22 31st Avenue owned by Romar Realty, LLC is virtually uninhabitable due to intense chemical fumes coming from burning garbage in the apartment of the building superintendent. When I rented the second floor two-bedroom apartment, the fumes caused me to become ill on a daily basis and the Building Management could not or did not prevent these harsh chemical fumes from entering the apartment. I would strongly caution against renting from Romar Realty, LLC due to the lack of habitability of their building and their incompetence in improving at all any of the complaints rendered unto them. The building owner and manager are highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of the basic demands of habitability.
