Beware of this building. Slumlords that take advantage of residents. One person in the building wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit and they made them pay out the rest of their lease. You will lose all money if you have to get out of the lease. They also start you off with low rent and then gauge you later. They are trying to get the entire building on summer rental schedules so they can jack up the prices. Lots of street noise and construction going in the building that has made balconies go out of commission for extended amounts of time without any reduction in rent.
