Is there something I am missing about this neighborhood? It seems like it should be a little more in-demand but I don't hear a lot of people talking about it. There are a lot of beautiful houses. The subway and services are good. Even though it is not cheap, it seems like a deal compared to other parts of Brooklyn. Adjacent Midwood is a little less interesting and further form the park but still not too bad.
