RENTERS BEWARE: terrible security & mgmt

If you're looking into a doorman building for safety, look elsewhere. Random people roaming the hallways despite you needing to key yourself in to the front door because the doorman is asleep and/or has NO idea who lives here and who doesn't. Worse, management bills randomly—promises you free rent upon lease signing, then renegs on their promise. This is AFTER they delayed your move in for two days, then one week, then another week, then 60 days—putting you out into the streets with no remorse or compensation. DO NOT TRUST ELK INVESTORS. DO NOT RENT AT THIS BUILDING. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES.
