Discussion about Madison Square Park Tower at 45 East 22nd Street in Flatiron
Any recent updates on how this building is doing? According to Streeteasy, about 60% sold at $3400-$3500 + psf - seems to be going very well. Curious if anyone has updates on how they're selling and when it'll be ready.
