Discussion about The Colorado at 201 East 86th Street in Yorkville
Many current tenants have entered leases over the last 1.5 years with the promise of amenities "in two months time", and still amenities are not open. Management has also just given one week's notice the lobby is to be rebuilt forcing side access for many months. The roof will be the next to close, likely over summer.
