#D is a triplex hollowed out of three former studios over several years, according to the broker. It's a micromuseum jewel box filled with beautiful heavy drapery and dark wood furniture from the interior-designer owner. And the backyard seems quiet and private. But thanks to three staircases I doubt there's more than 800 sq ft of usable space, and the maintenance is high for an amenityless coop.
