Discussion about 210 East 35th Street in Murray Hill
Does anyone know why this bldg. has so much turnover? Is it because of all the noise from the Midtown Tunnel Exit? too high of utility bill since heat/ water is not included? It seems their apts sit for awhile and then people leave after a year... any info would be helpful
