This is a great block and a wonderful building. FYI there is a park, more like a green, going in across the street in the fomrer Saniation office and parking lot building which will be great for the area. Even if you dont go, it will prevent any shadowing issues from future developments. One of the top larger buildings in area in terms of coops. Barneys to open in 2016 or 2017 in original space again.
