I would recommend being very cautious about buying into this building. If you do your checking, you will see that all or most of the units 'for sale' now were 'in contract' two months ago. We tried to buy unit 9f back in September, made all cash offer, had impeccable credentials and references, would have made ideal neighbors. Board strung us along for two months and we had to do the calling to find out we had been rejected. Very bad experience. My question is… why are these four units back on the market? I'd be careful.
