Why aren't these units selling?

Discussion about 42 Maspeth Avenue in East Williamsburg
Anyone have any thoughts on why these units are not selling? They've been on the market in a decent area for nearly six months, and unheard of amount of time in this neighborhood. The prices do seem a bit high, especially for lower floor apartments, but still...
