Can anyone recommend an agent/broker who has experience handling small studios in the low-range (somewhere around $300,000) in manhattan? I'm looking around midtown west and Manhattan Valley but I also look all over Manhattan. How to find an experienced broker who works with Buyers and knows the market and won't screw me?
