This building is so noisy with 23rd street noise. Right now there are jack hammers going on 9PM-9AM because the barber shop wanted it to happen in evening. It's so loud in the 23rd street apartments with just ambulances, and now you have to deal with this. No one from co-op Board doing anything about it.
