Many units are still rent-stabilized, but 606 Operating Corp is terrible. The super is friendly enough, but the building is run-down, falling apart, and infested with roaches. Forget having an A/C because it'll trip the circuit breaker, and the only way to get your power back on is to reach out to the super because the breaker box is in the basement. Pray she's home. Hot water is never really hot. The owner is a slumlord.
