do not rent here unless you smoke and love 4/20

Yes, the location is convenient, units are recently renovated but the rent is very high for what you get. And unless you smoke cigarettes and/or you are 4/20 friendly, DO NOT RENT AN UNIT HERE. There are several pot-heads in the property that smoke pot outside IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING and inside their apartments MORE THAN ONE A DAY. The smell and smoke will get to your apartment through the windows, your window A/C unit, the air ducts or vents and make it to your kitchen or bathroom. When the smell from cigarettes or pot concentrates inside your apartment it will make your bed sheets and your clothes in the closet smell for days. When you do the laundry you will also smell pot because the elevator and the hallways in some floor stink.
