Discussion about Maison East at 1438 Third Avenue in Upper East Side
Hi, I just read thru the entire thread from 2007. Current or former owners: can you please provide feedback on your experiences living here? Is the building financially sound? Does the sponsor own too high a percentage of the units? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks
