Discussion about East River Tower at 1725 York Avenue in Yorkville
Units here stay on the market for MONTHS longer than any other listing in the City. Why? What's wrong here, aside from the dump next door? Is the 30% down a hard and fast rule? Might that be the reason for slow sales?
