Discussion about The Stanford at 45 East 25th Street in NoMad
can someone explain why this building requires a contractor to carry 10 million dollars worth of insurance for renovations while every other building in the city requires an average of 3 million, sometimes a bit more for electrical. It would cost a contractor 70K a year to carry 10 million dollars of insurance. And this is for painting. Hmm… Managing agent refers residents to "their contractor"… interesting…
