Not FHA Approved. 20% of owners are deliquent with monthly charges and building having financial problems. None of the the 2 bedroom units listed since last year have sold. Look at their history. Building also has resale restriction and other hidden restrictions and city subsidies that broker will not inform you of. Avoid subsidized condo by all means!
