building at 85 South Street

I lived in this building for 2 1/2 years and after being displaced for over a month by Sandy, I got sick and had to move out of state. The Leasing agent named Harold Sutton said that if my other 2 roommates agreed to his outrageous terms and penalty fee then the lease could be resigned but he didn't care because he already had a lease. The Leasing agent named Harold Sutton said that if my other 2 roommates agreed to his outrageous terms and penalty fee then the lease could be resigned but he didn't care because he already had a lease. And he doesn't care that I had to leave for medical reasons. I thought well a good leasing agent would want to keep tenants that stay and improve the apartment, we redid the wood floors. Because when a lease is signed it usually extends it for another year or two. When did people stop caring at all for other people? I wasn't asking for much. I had another person willing to take my place and sign a new lease agreement. I just don't understand why Harold Sutton that works at Centurion Realty LLC would not want to do his job and keep good renters? [less]
