Saw #1123 knowing the listing history. This apartment is a complete mess and requires a gut reno. The thing the listing doesn't tell you is the empty flea market lot is going away and they are putting up a building that will most likely block south facing window views. This has to be why there are so many listings in this building. Couple that with all of the construction noise that will come from the new building...makes this a nightmare.
