93Worth - layouts

I went and saw the 02, 04, and 06 line of apartments in this building that they are now releasing. Most of the finishes were interesting and the layouts in 02 and 04 were decent but 06 had a really funky layout. Additionally in the 02 line you walk in directly to the kitchen. Not how I envision a 3M+ apartment. Lastly, I couldn't believe that there was no place in the kitchen for a microwave.... [more]

Most of the finishes were interesting and the layouts in 02 and 04 were decent but 06 had a really funky layout. Additionally in the 02 line you walk in directly to the kitchen. Not how I envision a 3M+ apartment. Lastly, I couldn't believe that there was no place in the kitchen for a microwave. Apparently the architect "doesn't believe in microwaves". So if you want one it has to be on your counter. Weird. While I did like the building and the location. I found some of the layout issues confusing and wasn't thrilled with all of the finishes. Oh, and they told me that in addition to the gym, bike room and storage cages (for purchase) there will be a dog washing "station". Maybe it is just me, but I thought that was sort of silly. [less]
